Take until winter: how Lenin sent Frunze to attack the Crimea

On September 21, 1920, the Soviet Revolutionary Military Council proclaimed the creation of the Southern Front in order to take Crimea held by the White Guards until winter. On the recommendation of Vladimir Lenin, the commander was appointed self-taught military commander Mikhail Frunze, who proved himself in Central Asia.
