Don't want to risk: foreign tour operators to cancel tours

Russian tour operators cancel foreign tours, which were scheduled for July. Mostly canceled travel scheduled until mid-July. The reason is that companies don't want to risk it. Thus tourists can shift travel on other dates in this year or next.
